Shipped orders — Can be shipped back to us within 21 days. You will be issued store credit that you may use online or in store within 3 months. All items must be unwashed, unworn and have tags attached. Shoes must be in store condition, unworn with clean outsoles/insoles, and with the original box. We do NOT offer refunds. Please allow 3 business days from delivery to the store for credit note to be issued.
In store pickups — May be exchanged within 14 days from pickup, in store condition with no alterations, tags attached, and accompanied by an original sales receipt.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. Sorry, no refunds will be issued for items in the sale section of the website or purchased on sale, in-store.
*We do not offer price-adjustments or price match on previously purchased sale items.
Bodysuits, bralettes, jewelry, swimwear, lingerie, hosiery, cosmetics, belts, scarfs, hats, accessories, purses/bags/wallets, and gift certificates are all automatically FINAL SALE upon purchase, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not manufacture our products and do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers’ discretion and MUST be communicated within 2 days of receiving, for a replacement item or repair. Items that have been altered, washed, soiled OR items with tags removed are NOT available for replacement, repair or return. Please email email@example.com to report any defects or damages on arrival.
*Please note, that you are responsible for the cost of shipping items back. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable.
